Vampire films are coming out of the wood work in all shapes and forms; the latest to join in on the craze is a tale about one of the greatest US Presidents as he deals with life as President and as a vampire hunter. Will honest Abe be able to keep fans on the edge of their seats or will he fail to flourish in the Action genre?

The story follows Abraham through the early stages of his life. After witnessing the murder of his mother by a vampire, he then begins his path to revenge. But after learning the truth about vampires he must learn how to fight them, he must learn new skills with his weapon of choice: his famous axe. As the story develops and Abraham becomes President, a new war begins, this time against the slavery. But while he battles with his voice it isn’t long until he is reconnected with his old friend to cut down some vampires.

A great final fight scene…

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter has many twists and turns throughout the story making it unclear, at times,  what the main focus of the plot is: vampires being in America or slavery in America?

The fast swings of the axe, cutting of limb after limb of vampires, look amazing as the special effects are worked to their fullest. A great final fight scene on a train really helps create a sense of danger and action. Abraham Lincoln has a lot to offer in the form of action and storytelling.
