Pin ItIt’s an evening packed with medal chances in the swimming and athletics, depending on the heats during the day. There are several equestrian and table tennis medals up for grabs too.

09:00: Equestrian – Individual Freestyle Grade II: Natasha Baker could be competing for GB.
09:00: Boccia – Mixed Pairs BC4 – Pools: Great Britain against Thailand.

09:30: Swimming – Men’s 200m Individual Medley – SM6: Matthew Whorwood goes in the first heat, with Sascha Kindred in the second.

11:00: Wheelchair Tennis – Women’s Singles – Round of 16: Lucy Shuker takes on USA’s Emmy Kaiser.
11:00: Sailing (Mixed Two-Person Keelboat (SKUD18) Race 5) – Alexandra Rickham and Niki Birrell race
11:00: Sailing (Mixed Single-Person Keelboat (2.4mR) Race 5) – Helena Lucas races
11:00: Sitting Volleyball (Men’s) – GB face Germany, who are yet to be beaten this Games
11:15: Football (7-a-side) – GB face Ukraine, after their initial loss to Brazil earlier this week.

11:34: Swimming – Men’s 50m Freestyle – S8: Sean Fraser goes in the first heat.
11:45: Table Tennis – Men’s Singles Class 1 – Paul Davies faces South Korea’s Chang Ho Lee for the bronze.
