There is nothing better than the release of a new piece of tech.

The Sony Xperia Z got it’s officially release at the launch party here in London town and the party definitely turned some heads.

The organisers definitely wanted to show off as guests were invited to watch an amazing show involving robots, paint and sound courtesy of the ecstatic robo funk of Madeon.

His show involved synchronised robot arms pouring paint down white Perspex boxes to his stunning beats. On top of this the Xperia Z was on and to play with. You can check out our review of the phone here.

Drinks were flowing, technology was rife and even a ball pool was on hand for any brave enough to jump into its shiny depths.

Overall the launch was a stylistic affair that showed off the beauty and precision of the new phone. Focusing on the colour themes and the Xperia’s ability to deal with the elements, most were incredibly astonished at how good this phone is. Now all we have to do is wait and see how the general public feels about it.
