I have to confess something: I get really bored of International games, in fact I don’t watch them, in fact I find them pointless, in fact I wish they would stop interfering with the bloody Premier League calendar. With a pretty stale and void week of Premier League action, at least there was some fascinating stuff to talk about in MouthLondon Sport.

This week we honored Sir Alex Ferguson’s 25-year reign at Manchester United with a brilliant Profile piece.  Newcastle United continued their outstanding and somewhat surprising form in the Premier League, with The Toon Army devotee Daniel Carr disputing why they deserve to be third in the league. Furthermore Will Hamilton gave us a valuable insight into the abominable and outright foolish scandals, which ensue, in the world of sport.

…add to his list of accolades.

We have some hot topics to look forward to next week:  Kob – The Extractor will consider which factors make a sporting venue a fortress and Peter Blackburn will give his take on Sachin Tendulkar breaking another cricket record, which he can add to his list of accolades. Louise Gwilliam will reflect on the life of legendary boxer, the late Joe Frazier. Also Tim Poole joins our discussion, asking the question why is Britain lacking in female tennis stars?
