Amy Grimehouse is back with a vengeance on 15 June and will be bringing its unique brand of miscreant performance to The Book Club in Shoreditch by screening the Todd Solondz classic Welcome to the Dollhouse.

Taking its inspiration from movie theatres of the 1920s this unique film event provides an exciting blend of trash cinema spiced with live stage performance. The comically dark coming of age tale, Welcome to the Dollhouse will be accompanied by extraordinary live performance, The Special People Club, guest DJs and chocolate cake.

…comically dark coming of age tale…

Grime seekers are encouraged to come as their 13 year old selves and there will be the opportunity for some audience members to get in for free if they are willing to get up on stage and share their teenage horror stories.

19:30 on 15 June 2011 | Tickets: £5 adv / £10 on door
